Another important aspect is consistency, reflected in the phrase "KEEMNG ON KEEPING" – a reminder I've taken to heart to keep pushing forward, even when progress feels slow. Whether it’s maintaining a workout routine, practicing mindfulness, or setting healthy boundaries, these steady efforts accumulate over time. Connecting with supportive communities such as #becomingher and #selflove groups also offers motivation and accountability. Sharing experiences and challenges with others pursuing similar goals creates a sense of belonging and encouragement. Lastly, celebrating small victories is key. Each step, no matter how minor it seems, represents growth. This mindset shift has helped me stay focused on what truly matters: loving myself throughout the transformation, both inside and out.
