What I like about these meals is that it feels healthy while you eat it if that makes sense? It definitely keeps you full while doing the job of keeping you healthy. It also doesn’t take much time to make, which makes it easier for you to get along with life.

My favorite meal from these is the chicken with spinach soup, salad, and rice. Spinach soup is a very comforting dish and it has iron in it!
