•1 taza de pasta de tomate o salsa para pasta

•½ taza de tomates secos

•1 taza de tomates cherry cortados a la mitad

•½ taza de crema de leche

•1 taza de espinaca fresca

•Pasta previamente cocida (fettuccine, penne o la que prefieras)

•Queso parmesano al gusto

👩🏻‍🍳Procedimiento:

1-Sofríe la cebolla y el ajo en la cucharadita de aceite de oliva hasta que estén fragantes ✨

2-Agrega el pollo en cuadritos y cocina hasta dorarse 🌿

3-Sazona con sal, pimentón, semillas de pimentón rojo y especias italianas 🌶️

4-Incorpora la pasta de tomate o salsa para pasta y cocina 5 min 🍅

5-Añade tomates secos y tomates cherry; mezcla y deja integrar 💫

6-Agrega la crema de leche y cocina 5 min hasta que la salsa quede cremosa 🤍

7-Incorpora la espinaca hasta que se marchite 🌿

8-Mezcla con la pasta cocida, espolvorea queso parmesano ¡y listo! 😮‍💨🍝✨
