PCOS
PCOS has been one of the hardest things I’ve had to learn about my body. It’s been something that I’ve had to deal with for a while. It dropped my self esteem so much. The hardest/saddest two things about this was hearing “ you will have a hard time losing weight” && “ you won’t be able to have kids anymore .” Thankfully , God heard my prayers and blessed me after not having a kid for 10 years because he knew I always wanted 6😅. Now, I’m onto my journey of losing weight and finding my routine as a PCOS girly. && That has been difficult since my whole life as an athlete I would do high intensity workouts to lose weight and be toned however I’ve learned that with PCOS you have to do the total opposite. So if you have PCOS or recommend any workout routine/foods feel free to comment so we can be friends! 💕💕 #pcoslifestyle #pcosjourney #pcosworkouts #pcosfriendlyfood #pcosawareness

I started a GLP1 2 years ago. Lost 100lbs and reversed my PCOS that I had since 13 years old. Got pregnant at age 44. I workout 1 hour a day and follow calorie deficit but I couldn’t have done it without GLP1 MJ.
