Blackstone Chili Lime Chicken Sliders Part 2/2
The greatest thing about bread is that it can make anything a sandwich 😆
Today on "Will it Blackstone?" Chili Lime Chicken Sliders
I made my own fermented hot sauce and let it age 93 days which came out with a very nice chili lime flavor without being overly spicy. I used that with SPPOG and cheddar for the chicken filling. Mince, mix, and pack it into some onion rings. Since I was using chicken quarters I also had skin so I sprinkled that with tajin.
For snacks...pizza rolls tossed in olive oil w/ italian seasoning and pretzels cooked with butter 🤣 my girl also asked for a peppercini melt
Everything is pretty much a flip once cook so let one side brown on low-medium heat, flip it, add cheese and let it melt while the skin crisps up.
This is a sauce I make and usually have on hand for sandwiches or whatever, so I drizzled some of this on there
1/2c mayo
1/2c sour cream
1tbsp dijon
1tsp worcestershire
1/2tbsp lemon juice
1/2tbsp pickle juice
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp pepper
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp dill
Mix & adjust to taste
Top w/ crispy chicken skin, slide it between a pocketless pita, and enjoy! 😁
