White Chocolate Oreo Muffins 🖤🤍

* 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled

* 3/4 cup granulated sugar

* 1/4 cup brown sugar

* 2 eggs

* 1 tbsp vanilla extract

* 2/3 cups milk

* 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour

* 1 tbsp baking powder

* 1/2 tsp salt

14-16 crushed/chopped oreos

White chocolate bark (1), chopped

White chocolate chips

Glaze

* 1 cup powdered sugar

* 2-3 tbsp milk

* Splash of vanilla extract

Bake Temperature: 400F

Bake Time: 14-16 minutes

Pan: Standard cupcake or muffin pan

1. Preheat oven to 400F.

2. Add your flour, baking powder, and salt to a bowl and mix. Set aside.

3. Chop your oreos and white chocolate bark. Set aside.

4. Add your butter, white sugar, and brown sugar to a bowl. Cream together for 1-2 minutes.

5. Add your eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Whisk together until everything is fully combined.

6. Sift in your flour, baking powder, and salt. If you don’t have a sifter, just simply add in your dry ingredients.

7. Mix until fully combined and smooth.

8. Add your majority of your oreos (save some for top of muffins) , white chocolate bark, and white chocolate chips. Fold into muffin batter.

9. Line a cupcake or muffin pan with liners.

10. Scoop muffin batter into each tin halfway full.

11. Add your extra oreos on top of each muffin.

12. Bake at 400F for 14-16 minutes until toothpick or knife comes out clean.

13. Take out of oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

15. Once muffins are cooled, drizzle/pour your glaze on top.
