Spam & Egg Rice Bowl

This Spam and Egg Rice

Bowl is seriously addictive!

So easy and ready in about 15 minutes

Ingredients:

- 2 can (12 oz) Spam, diced

- 2-4 large eggs

- 3 cups cooked white rice, warm

- 1 can of sweet corn (canned or frozen)

- 2 tbsp brown sugar

- 1 tbsp minced garlic

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1/2 cup of water (optional, but recommended)

- 1 tsp sesame oil

- For garnish: Toasted sesame seeds, sliced green onions or cilantro

Instructions:

1. In a non-stick pan, fry the diced Spam over medium-high heat until golden and crispy on the edges.

2. Lower the heat, add the minced garlic, and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Add the brown sugar (and soy sauce) and stir continuously until the Spam is coated.

4. In the same pan, cook your eggs to your liking (scram-

bled works great!).

5. Assemble your bowl: Start

6. with a bed of warm rice, then top with scrambled eggs,

7. corn, and the glazed Spam.

8. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with sesame seeds

9. and green onions. Enjoy!
