Hot Honey Ground Beef Bowl

This has become one of my favorite easy meals for lunch or dinner. Save for later!

Ingredients:

- 1 lb ground beef

- 2 sweet potatoes (cubed)

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 cup cottage cheese

- 1 avocado (sliced)

- Taco seasoning

- 1 tbsp tomato paste (optional)

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/4 tsp black pepper, cinnamon (for potatoes)

- Toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, hot honey

Directions:

1. Roast sweet potatoes @ 400°F for 20–25 mins

2. Brown beef, add seasoning + tomato paste

3. Build bowl with potatoes, beef, cottage cheese, avocado.
