Homemade Crunchwrap
If you know me, you know my love for Taco Bell runs DEEP. 😅🌮
So, of course I had to fire up the Blackstone and make my own homemade Crunchwraps!
And listen I know the ones from Taco Bell are pretty with lettuce and tomatoes, but your girl was in a RUSH trying to finish before it got dark outside and forgot to add it!
They were still so GOOD. You just can’t go wrong 🤤
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- Taco seasoning
- Burrito size Flour Tortillas
- Nacho Cheese Sauce
- Sour Cream
- Tomatoes (optional)
- Lettuce
Directions:
1. Heat your griddle or pan. Add oil, cook the ground beef, and break it up.
2. Add taco seasonings. Mix well, then set beef aside.
3. Lay a big tortilla down. Add beef in the middle.
4. Pour on warm nacho cheese.
5. Add a spoon of sour cream.
6. Fold the edges toward the center until it’s sealed.
7. Place seam side down on the hot pan. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
8. Slice in half and enjoy!
(But don’t forget the diced tomatoes if you want the full experience)
