Banana muffin recipe-great for meal prepping

I love bananas. Banana bread, banana pancakes, etc. I’ve been hooked on these muffins. Recipe below:

3 🍌

2 🥚

3/4 cups of Greek yogurt

1/4 cup of maple syrup

1 tsp of vanilla

2 cups of flower

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use the the brand orgain)

2 tbsp of protein power

1 tbsp of baking soda

a pinch of salt

Chocolate chips: I didn’t measure

Preheat: 350

Bake for 18 mins

Cool down for 15 mins

Serve and enjoy!
