Oxtail recipe

Add 2tbs of each seasoning EXECPT ACCENT SALT only add 1 teaspoon and 2tbs of browning.add habanero pepper

Let it marinate for 45 minutes

Add olive oil to a pan

Sear oxtails on both sides for 5-10 minutes on medium heat, remove oxtails once they have a good sear

Next in the same pot add olive oil and brown sugar let brown sugar melt then stir slightly

Once brown sugar is melted add oxtails back in to sear for 5minutes on both sides, remove oxtails then add 2cans of beef broth and 1can of HOT water add oxtails in pot and place on low heat for 2 hours after 2 hours add 1 can of HOT water season again with the same seasonings(2tbs of each)and a little brown sugar

Dont add browning or accent salt this time. leave for 2 more hours

After 2 hours add ketchup sliced onions and sliced bellpeppers and cook for another hour.

You can put your oxtails over rice and eat with cabbage. Enjoy
