Products that cleared my acne
I struggled with acne for yours until I found the perfect Skincare Routine.
Skin Type&Condition: oily to dry
Step 1: Always take makeup off before lying in bed. Wash face throughly before bed and in the morning. Towels hold a lot of bacteria in them even after washing them so I love these clean face cloths and if you can’t afford them then you can always use a paper towel to dry face.
Step 2: after washing face I love Paula’s choice exfoliate. I recommend only using it every other day or will dry face out. I like to use it in the morning on my no makeup days and then after apply a moisturizer with sunscreen in it.
Step 3: when having breakouts I recommend applying a serum at night instead of using a face cream so it will dry those pimple out but if your skin is naturally dry then apply moisturizer after serum.
Step 4. I love this lip mask I apply every night and I always wake up with smooth lips.
🌟Skincare Tips:
when washing your face always wash your hands before touching your face and never sleep with makeup on even if you’re tired always remove oils and clean your skin before sleeping.
It is always good to wash your pillow cases once a week to prevent breakouts.
Only use face masks once a week because it will dry your face out or irritate it.
Vitamin A is a supplements also help with acne.
When starting a new routine sometimes it takes a couple days to start showing results.
It can be really bad for skin to switch different products frequently because once your skin gets used to one product and then adding a new one can cause your skin to react. I learned that the hard way and was addicted to trying new products.
Always remember that the main important thing is what you put in your body because if your putting toxins and unhealthy things in your body like unhealthy food, excessive alcohol, nicotine, drugs and other chemicals it will eventually come out of your pores. Stay healthy and always take care of yourself🤍
