Half of 2024 is already behind us.

Let’s make the rest of this year even better than the first half!

Reassess your goals for the year. What do you want to accomplish this year? Where do you want to be spiritually, physically, and mentally by Dec 31st? Update your goals. Write them down if you didn’t get to it in January.

Physical goals:

1. Exercise every day. Stay on your feet for as long as possible throughout the day. Your couch and your chair are not your friends.

2. Sleep the hours your body needs. Swap your screens for a book/music/mindfulness/journaling 30 min before bed.

3. Hydrate yourself with *water*. Be mindful about your sugar intake.

Mental Health goals:

1. Write down what you’re grateful for every day. It doesn’t have to be a journal. It can be a slip of paper. But do it daily.

2. Practice forgiveness and letting go. For your sake, not for theirs.

3. Set healthy boundaries and *enforce them*.

Spiritual goals:

1. Start and end your days with prayer

2. Read the Bible daily

3. Memorize Scripture to win more spiritual battles*
