But here's the secret: you can absolutely feel and see a difference within the first 7 days! That's what kept me going. For me, the initial days were all about setting a strong foundation. Starting with basics like making sure I drank at least 8 glasses of water daily and committing to a daily skincare routine felt small, but they made a huge impact on how I felt. I also planned my workouts for the month early on, so I wasn't scrambling each day. One of the biggest shifts for me happened when I incorporated a 10-minute meditation for mental clarity. It sounds simple, but those few minutes each morning helped me approach my day with more peace and focus. And honestly, taking a 30-minute walk or jog outside wasn't just about exercise; it was about getting fresh air and clearing my head, which always boosted my mood. The challenge includes so many practical, easy-to-integrate tasks. I remember how much writing down 5 things I was grateful for each day shifted my perspective. It's incredible how focusing on positivity can change your outlook. And don't underestimate the power of nutrient-rich meals! Preparing a healthy meal, especially with lots of greens, made me feel energized from the inside out.
