Every summer, when bitter gourd comes out, my husband requests me to eat the usual thing.

2 eggplants

1 bitter melon
3 green onions
900 g pork belly
10-15 perilla leaves as you like

How to make it
1️⃣ ① Remove the cotton and seeds of bitter melon and cut it thinly
Boil bitter melon in boiling water for 30 seconds ~
If you don't like bitter, boil it a little longer and drain the water.
② Eggplant is chopped

2️⃣ Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add eggplant and bake, and when it gets slightly browned, add thick fried tofu and bake
