What to Do If You Eat Something Unhealthy 🥹 🎀

🎀 Repeat after me: I can relearn how to eat. I can trust my body to tell me what it needs.

🌸 Don’t starve or skip your next meal or snack.

🌸 Eat something better at your next meal or snack.

🌸Don’t hate yourself.

🌸 Don’t make a promise to never do it again.

🌸 Begin practicing food freedom. Allow yourself to eat all types of food without labeling them as “good” or “bad.”

🌸 And remember, you are not “good” just because you ate an apple and you are not “bad” just because you ate ice cream. In order to make progress towards our goals we need to remove our habit of shame and guilt for our food choices.
