⁉️ADHD. It's easy to get bored. There's nothing. Come here.

Ever?

Want to have a hobby like someone else

But when starting to draw, bored quickly

Reading the book fell out of focus.

Can play music for 3 days, put 🎻😅

💖 this post, so would like to invite to try

How To Find Your Own Hobby Ver. ADHD Person

You don't have to be good.

Just "have fun without putting pressure on yourself."

Who is looking for activities that do not feel broken in the middle of the way, let's try this method. 🧠💫

1. Find a hobby where you feel free.

No matter what you do, you have to feel

That thing is something I really want to do.

It's not something that forces itself to do.

Like, I like to eat delicious things, so I want to cook.

It's delicious to eat, and cooking is our hobby.

2. Focus on progress in that hobby

Someone who is hyperactive when doing certain hobbies.

For a while, you quit because you didn't focus on progress.

For example, if your hobby is exercise, if you focus on being tired, discouraged, you will give up, but vice versa.

If you focus more on the number of times you can get a smaller waist, you will continue to do that.

3. Don't stick to one hobby.

You don't have to force yourself to have a hobby.

Only one thing can do other things in tandem.

Because in the end, you will find a hobby that you feel

This is my favorite hobby.

And you're going to focus more on things.

💌 any friends like this kind of contrast. Don't forget to press the fall. In the future, we will find a self-improvement concept to serve to everyone and talk. Let's comment.
