Fried Chicken Maggie Sauce Easy to Make But Very Delicious
When bored with chicken, it's made into fried chicken (?) Maggie sauce.
Very delicious, sweet, salty, very light.
🧃 raw materials:
- Ridge in the chicken.
- Maggie.
- Sugar, Pep.
- Oyster sauce
- Pepper meal.
- Flaked Black Pepper (For Beauty)
- White sesame (for beauty)
🍳 steps to do:
- Fried chicken procedure 🍗
1) Bring the ridge in the chicken to cut into the desired slice size. (Recommended to cut it a little smaller than ours. Fried time will get crispy)
2) Bring the ridge in the chicken to marinate with Maggie sauce for about 15 minutes.
3) Bring the ridge in the chicken to fry to crisp and have a pretty yellow color.
- Sauce water making process 🥣
1) Bring pip sugar and shellfish oil to dissolve in the pan (recommend adding water to dissolve more quickly)
2) When the peep sugar and clam oil are melted, taste and add Maggie's sauce, ground pepper, to it, seasoning as you like.
3) When you get the taste you want, bring the chicken you fried in it.
4) When the mix is done, sprinkle the work and black pepper flakes. For beauty.
👍🏻 advice: Our girlfriend said to make a lot of sauce water. We have to make more sauce water after mixing with the chicken. Our girlfriend recommends that the sauce be mixed with the food, even more delicious. This menu, if the chicken is marinated, can be finished in 15 minutes. ✨
