Meal prepping doesn’t need to be hard. This simple recipe is good for lunch. All you need is -one can of tuna water or oil based whatever you prefer

-a piece of onion 🧅

-half an avocado 🥑

-1 tomato 🍅

- 1/2 cup of spinach 🍃

-2tbsp of crumbled feta cheese 🧀

-pinch of Celt Salt 🧂 & pepper

Mix it together put it in the fridge for it get cook for a bit and enjoy!!
