I am pleased that the range of activities will expand in the future, such as training course support and entering the Association supervised face revolution course!

facegrowmethod協会のマスター講師になることは、単なる資格取得以上の意味があります。私自身も、日々の表情筋トレーニングを通じて感じたのは、継続することで顔の印象が変わり、自信が持てるようになることです。認定講師の中でもわずか7名という難関を突破できたのは、生徒の皆様と過ごした貴重な時間のおかげであり、ただ技術を伝授するだけでなく、一緒に成長していくことの大切さを実感しました。 また、今後は養成講座のサポートに加え、協会監修の顔革命講座にも携わる予定で、表情筋トレーニングの魅力をさらに多くの方にお伝えしていきます。顔の印象は表情筋の使い方次第で大きく変わりますので、日常生活に取り入れやすいトレーニング方法を工夫し、忙しい方でも継続できるサポートを心がけています。私にしか提供できない安心感と信頼のもと、これからも皆様の笑顔作りに貢献していきたいと考えています。表情筋トレーニングやfacegrowmethodに興味がある方は、ぜひ一緒にチャレンジしてみてください。
