Mediterranean Chicken Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:

• Chicken

• Spinach

• Bell peppers

• Red Onion

• Butter

• Cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, pepper, chili powder

•Cucumbers

For tzatziki:

• Greek yogurt

• Dill weed

• Lemon Juice

• cucumbers

• Salt & pepper

Directions:

1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, chili powder, and a dash of cinnamon. Cook however you like.

2. Slice peppers and red onion. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder. Cook until done.

3. In a microwaveable bowl, add butter. Melt. Then stir in cumin, paprika, and a generous amount of chili powder.

5. To make your own tzatziki, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill weed, salt and pepper. Add grated cucumber and stir.

4. To serve, add spinach and sliced cucumbers to a bowl. Add in the cooked chicken and vegetables. Put a dollop of tzatziki in the bowl. Sprinkle the melted butter mixture over top. Enjoy!
