Easy Protein Bagel Recipe 🥯

I will not lie…I ate all these in two days. This recipe is really versatile, you can add any flavors you want! I made Jalapeño cheddar, cinnamon sugar, chocolate chip, cheddar, and everything seasoning.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups flour

• 1.5 cups Greek yogurt

• 2 tsp baking soda

• 1/4 tsp salt

• egg

• toppings (cheese, japapenos, cinnamon sugar, chocolate chips, everything bagel seasoning, etc)

Directions:

1. Mix dry ingredients together.

2. Add Greek yogurt and mix until just incorporated. If you want flavors throughout the bagel, mix them in now.

3. Separate the dough in small sections and then roll into logs. Connect the ends into a bagel shape. (I recommend going for a smaller size, they will expand in the oven). Generously space them on a pan lined with a baking sheet.

4. In a small bowl, whisk egg. Paint a small amount of egg wash (I went crazy with this, which made mine a little darker).

5. Add desired toppings. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through. Let the bagels sit on the pan for a few minutes after removing from the oven. Enjoy!
