Seasonal Aldi Chipotle Pasta Meal 🍴

Saw this interesting looking pasta at Aldis and gave it a try. The kit comes with seasoning mix for the sauce and pasta noodles. I threw in some additional toppings to make this a full meal!

Ingredients:

• Aldi Chipotle Pasta Salad Kit

• Mayo

• Chicken (optional)

• Sun dried tomatoes (optional)

• Spinach (optional)

I really liked the flavor. It’s spicy and a little smoky. The noodles are unique. I highly recommend throwing in the optional additions I added, they really tied together the dish. It was under $2 for the kit at my location. I would eat this again!

Nutrition is actually pretty high in calories if you eat this as a full meal (which I did). Splitting this box in half for 2 servings makes this about 975 calories after it’s prepared with regular mayonnaise. I did use lite mayo to reduce the calorie count a little bit, and the box offers alternatives to fully using mayo. I’d love this pasta little bit more if it was a little healthier lol
