What I eat in a day (high protein) 🍳

Eating clean can be simple and realistic. I try to prioritize it Mon–Fri and I’ve genuinely noticed a difference in my energy, mood, inflammation and sleep.

1. Sourdough bread, cottage cheese, Cajun, honey + two soft boiled eggs: 23g of protein

2. Overnight Oats: gluten free oats, coconut Greek yogurt, chia seeds, chocolate protein powder, protein milk, blueberries: 45g of protein

3. Turkey meat balls with sauce (garlic powder, Cajun, honey, soy sauce, ketchup): 35g of protein

4: pre workout: rice cakes with almond butter and bananas: 5g of protein

5. Fair life chocolate protein shake: 30g of protein
