Healthier “Egg McMuffin”

Lately, I’ve been really into breakfast sandwiches, but wanted to make one that was healthier and cheaper than buying them out. This one I got all the ingredients at Walmart and has less calories and more protein than an Egg McMuffin! Plus has more Canadian bacon lol. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 x Thomas’s Light English Muffin: 100 cals | 4 G protein

1 x Egg: 70 cals | 6 G protein

1/4 Cup x Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese:

45 cals | 9 G protein

2 Slices x Canadian Bacon: 60 cals | 6 G protein

Total:

275 cals | 25 G protein
