🧾 Ingredients:
* 1 bag cauliflower rice (Good & Gather or similar)
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn mix)
* 1–2 tsp coconut oil
* Onion powder (to taste)
* Garlic powder (to taste)
* 1–2 tbsp hoisin sauce
* A small splash of Grace browning (for color + depth)
