🍌 BANANA PUDDING COOKIE RECIPE🍪

I know I am not the only person who LOVES banana pudding, I’m going to make sure you bring the BEST dessert to the next cookout!

Ingredients:

⭐️ 1 box yellow cake mix

⭐️ 2 eggs

⭐️ 1/2 cup vegetable oil

⭐️ 1 teaspoon banana emulsion

⭐️ 8oz white chocolate chips

⭐️ 18 vanilla wafers

⭐️ banana pudding mix

Directions:

•In a bowl combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, banana emulsion and half a box of banana cream pudding mix

•once combined add in a handful of crushed vanilla wafers (about 1/2 cup ) and 8oz of white chocolate chips

•scoop out about 2 Tablespoons of dough into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. This recipe makes about 18 cookies. Top each ball of dough with 1 full vanilla wafer

•bake at 350 degrees for 10-11 mins. Let it cool and ENJOY!
