✨ These Cheesecake Brownies Never Last at home ✨

When I was selling baked goods in my at home bakery this was one of my BEST SELLERS: the fudgy brownie recipe paired with the creamy cheesecake it was just delicious!

Ingredients

• ½ cup butter, melted

• 1 cup granulated sugar

• 2 large eggs

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

• ½ cup all-purpose flour

• ¼ tsp salt

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened

• ¼ cup granulated sugar

• 1 large egg

• ½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and 1 cup sugar until smooth.

Add 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; whisk until glossy. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt just until combined.

- Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add ¼ cup sugar, remaining egg, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract; mix until creamy. Spoon cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter and gently swirl with a knife.

- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Cool completely before slicing.
