I lost 88 pounds eating potatoes, cheese, bread, rice, wraps..

I lost 88 pounds and not once did I feel like I was on a diet.

That’s why I put a wellness guide together. I have it saved on my bio on my page. It’s helped so many people break the cycle of yo-yo dieting and frustration. I’ve been there and I never want to get into that space again.

I lost 88 pounds and never once did I feel deprived, sad or felt the need to “cheat”.

You can get into the best shape of your life without having to live off zero carbs or just salad. I love salad. I make the best salads but it’s not what I eat all day everyday.
