3 things I learned when I lost 88lbs
1. If you feel like you have to have a “cheat meal” you are doing it wrong..
You don’t have to starve or deprive to lose weight friends. I’m proof of it. Look at my page to see my before and after. It’s wild.
2. fad diets for a quick fix do more
Harm then good. You’ll just gain it back. Ditch that instant gratification mindset. I ate real food, carbs and deserts!
3. Confidence won’t come from fat loss. Confidence is built by showing up and doing the things you said you were going to do. It comes with keeping your word to yourself. It comes with showing up for you. It comes with saying no to everything that forms reserve you. Health is more than what you eat. It’s everything you consume, hear & watch. It’s the people you’re around.

Instead, focus on sustainable eating practices that do not involve deprivation. Real food is vital.
