It’s crazy how I used to think that to lose weight I had to live off lettuce and be miserable! So wrong!

I’ve been on a health journey for 2 years and I’ve learned SOOOOOO MUCH. I have learned about nutrition, what the female body needs, how much to eat, how important protein is, how much crappy food causes inflammation, fasting and so much more.

I know my way around the kitchen and everyone loves my cooking but I’m busy I don’t want to me making 5 course meals, but everything I make is DELICIOUS!!
