I learned this from my sister in law and my jaw was on the ground with my tasty it was! I went home and ate an entire bowl!!
Chop up:
Cauliflower
Onions
Carrots
Tomato
Place in a bowl and drizzle in olive oil, salt , lemon pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Mix with hands!
Place it all In air fryer and once cauliflower gets roasted take them out and leave the carrots behind with everything else. Carrots take a little longer!
It holds up great all week! The taste is explosive and it will be the best cauliflower you’ve ever eaten. My husband who hates veggies was obsessed!!
