🌷 Lavender Lemon Chia Pudding
Chia Seeds • Coconut Milk • Lemon • Lavender • Honey
Silky, dreamy and delicately floral. A chilled spring pudding that feels like a spa day in a bowl! 💜
Ingredients:
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp dried culinary lavender
Fresh berries for topping
Optional: edible flowers, mint leaves, granola
Directions:
Whisk coconut milk, honey, lemon juice and lemon zest together.
Stir in chia seeds and dried lavender.
Pour into jars or bowls and refrigerate overnight or 4 hours.
Top with fresh berries and edible flowers.
Drizzle with extra honey and garnish with mint. 🌷
