It’s been so hot in California even when it’s almost Spring. I thought it would be fun to make smoothie bowls as it’s been a while. I had pineapple, peach, mango, and strawberry at home to make it super simple. Use what fruits you have whether fresh and/or frozen. Enjoy 🌷

Pineapple Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup frozen pineapple

• ½ cup coconut milk (use less if needed)

• Ice
