Instructions:

1. Prepare Jell-O and let it fully set, then crumble into cups.

... Read moreIf you find yourself with extra strawberry Jello after Easter, this dessert is a fantastic way to avoid waste and impress your family with a simple yet flavorful treat. I love how the crumbled Jello creates a fun texture contrast with the smooth vanilla pudding on top. Adding fresh strawberries not only enhances the flavor but also adds a natural sweetness and a pop of color that makes the dessert visually appealing. From my experience, chilling the dessert for about 15 minutes before serving really helps the flavors meld together and improves the overall texture. You can easily customize this recipe by trying different flavors of gelatin or pudding mix, such as lime or chocolate, for a unique twist. For an extra indulgent touch, topping it with a dollop of whipped cream or even a sprinkle of crushed nuts adds delicious richness and crunch. This recipe is perfect for busy weeknights or last-minute gatherings because it requires minimal preparation and ingredients. Plus, it’s a great way to repurpose that leftover Jello instead of tossing it out. If you want to make it a bit healthier, try using a sugar-free pudding mix or swap full-fat milk with a plant-based alternative. Overall, this fun layered dessert is a crowd-pleaser and a clever way to give your leftover Easter Jello a second life.
