🫑Philly Cheesesteak Pasta🫑
INGREDIENTS:
🫑 4 cups Pasta of choice
🫑 2 Ribeye Steaks
🫑 1 Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
🫑 1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
🫑 1/2 Yellow Onion (sliced)
🫑 1-2 Roma Tomatoes
🫑 9 Mushrooms (sliced)
🫑 6 Garlic Cloves (minced)
🫑 4 tablespoons Butter
🫑 4 tablespoons Flour
🫑 1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
🫑 1 1/2 cup Beef Broth
🫑 3 Slices Provolone
🫑 4 teaspoons Salt
🫑 1 1/2 teaspoon Balck Pepper
🫑 1 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
🫑 1 teaspoon Oregano
🫑 1 teaspoon Thyme
🫑 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
🫑 1 teaspoon Ground Mustard
🫑 Parsley (garnish)
DIRECTIONS:
- Place a pot over medium high heat with about 8 cups of water, some olive oil and a dash of salt.
- Once it all comes to a boil add in your noodles and cook until al dente (about 10 minutes), then drain and let it sit to the side.
- Afterwards beginning cutting up all your veggies then place them to the side.
- Then start slicing up your steak. After it’s sliced put it in a mixing bowl along with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, cumin, and a bit of olive oil.
- Give it a good mix then set it to the side.
- Place a pot over medium high heat and once it is heated go ahead and throw in the meat.
- Let that cook for about 4 minutes while moving it around.
- Transfer the meat into a bowl then add butter to that same pot and allow it to melt.
- once it does add in your veggies and saute until they have softened.
- Then add in your flour, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, and ground mustard; mix it well.
- Afterward start pouring in your heavy cream and beef broth while continuously whisking.
- Once it is smooth, add in your provolone cheese and mix until the cheese has fully melted.
- Then add back in your pasta and steak and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve with a garnish of parsley and crushed pepper flakes if you would like.
