For hormone balance, Vitex (also known as Chasteberry) supports the endocrine system and has helped me maintain a more regular cycle. Magnesium plays a multifaceted role by alleviating stress and supporting blood sugar control, which are both vital for PCOS management. Since many women with PCOS, including myself, are deficient in Vitamin D3, supplementing this vitamin was necessary to improve mood and hormonal health. N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) was another supplement I incorporated to aid ovulation and insulin regulation, based on positive feedback from various PCOS communities.
