One of my favorite parts is the inclusion of a peanut butter ooey-gooey cookie with 120 calories and 9 grams of protein, which adds a rich nutty flavor and satisfying chewiness. Using protein-packed cookies not only enhances taste but also keeps me full longer, which helps prevent unhealthy snacking.
