Silk tofu ・ ・ ・ 150g
◎ Honey ・ ・ ・ 20g
◎ Rice flour ・ ・ ・ 120g
A pinch of salt
◎ Baking powder ・ ・ ・ 2g
Rice oil... 1 large
Cocoa ・ ・ ・ 10 g
(Chocolate sauce)
Coconut oil ・ ・ ・ 50g
Cocoa ・ ・ ・ 25g
Maple syrup ・ ・ ・ 25g
▼ How to make ▼
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
① Put tofu in a bowl and mix until smooth
② Add the ◎ ingredients and mix
③ Add cocoa here for cocoa taste
④ Put it in a piping bag and put it on the top plate covered with cooking sheet
⑤ Drip rice oil from above or spray with oil spray
⑥ Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
⑦ If it freezes, move it to the ice room or store it in a zip lock.
