Coffee is my go-to beverage that adds a comforting ritual to the start of my day. I prefer it black or with minimal milk to keep it light yet flavorful. Hydration remains important, so I include water or herbal teas as well. I also like to share these meals in morning vlogs because it motivates me and others to focus on wholesome eating habits. Documenting my food choices holds me accountable and encourages mindful eating. Overall, adopting a routine where meals are colorful, nutrient-dense, and enjoyable makes a huge difference in maintaining health and wellness.
