Slowly Getting My Body Back

I suffered a pretty serious injury at the top of 2024. It was a long and slow road to recovery. A lot of physical therapy, yoga, stretching, and being frustrated. But I slowly feel myself coming back. I’m not where I was but with consistency and persistence I’ll be even better.
