Easy Recipe- Chicken Alfredo Pizza
I love easy, quick recipes to make on a random weeknight. I love cooking, but don't always have a ton of motivation on a Wednesday night to make something from scratch. I have many recipes that I know I can just throw together in less than 30 minutes and it's delicious. I have never been one to measure things out; I really just make food with what looks right to me. For the sake of this recipe, I'll try to put some measurements hehe.
Chicken Alfredo Pizza
Ingredients:
Pre-made thin pizza crust ( or whatever your favorite crust is)
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Minced garlic (or jar-lic)
1/2 - 1 cup Alfredo sauce (I like Classico- Roasted Garlic sauce)
Rotisserie chicken (shredded or cut into chunks)
1 cup Shredded mozzarella and/or provolone cheese
1/2 cup Feta cheese crumbles
Salt n Pepper, to taste
Bacon crumbles (optional)
Fresh chopped basil (optional)
Honey (optional)
Directions:
1. Prepare pizza crust. Brush crust with olive oil and minced garlic (as much as you like). Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Assemble pizza base. Spread as much alfredo sauce on the crust as you like. Cover the top with shredded cheese and feta cheese crumbles. Use as little or as much cheese as you like.
3. Place pizza toppings. Arrange rotisserie chicken and bacon all over pizza.
4. Bake pizza. Bake in oven until cheese is golden brown (about 10-15 minutes depending on your oven).
5. Finishing touches. While pizza is still hot, sprinkle top with salt n pepper, fresh basil, and drizzle of honey.
