* rice cooked
* 12 oz salmon (i seasoned mine with Trader Joe’s salmon seasoning)
* 8 oz crab
* 2 tbsp light cream cheese
* 2 tbsp Japanese bbq sauce
* hot sauce
* mayo
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Line baking tin with nori and add filling. Top with Japanese barbecue sauce and bake for 10 minutes.
