At first, it was hard to pinpoint the exact cause of my digestive issues and fatigue, but after some research and experimenting with my diet, it became clear that wheat was the main trigger. What helped me the most was gradually reintroducing small amounts of wheat into my meals while paying close attention to my body's reactions. I also incorporated foods rich in digestive enzymes and probiotics to support my gut health. This approach, combined with a balanced diet and regular exercise, allowed my digestive system to strengthen over time. Another valuable tip is to choose properly fermented or sourdough bread, which tends to be easier to digest because fermentation reduces certain components in wheat that can cause intolerance symptoms. I found that switching to sourdough bread made a noticeable difference. Listening to your body and documenting your food intake, symptoms, and improvements can be very empowering on this journey. Patience is key, as reversing or alleviating wheat intolerance doesn’t happen overnight. Sharing my experience here is my way of encouraging others who face similar challenges to stay hopeful and proactive. There is no one-size-fits-all solution, but with careful management, many people can improve their tolerance and enjoy foods like bread again without discomfort.
