Just be mindful not to overdo it, as high heat can sometimes cause food to brown too fast if not watched closely. For anyone interested in experimenting, I recommend trying rapid preheat with dishes like roasted veggies or baked chicken where you want that quick, flavorful finish. Pairing this technique with precise temperature control helps maintain quality without sacrificing cooking speed. Overall, investing a little time to learn how to use rapid preheat and high heat efficiently can make a big difference in your cooking routine, saving time and elevating your meals.
