Here’s A Delicious Sourdough Recipe 🍋🫶

My kids absolutely love my homemade pizza, and I love how quickly the dough comes together in my bread machine. I also love that it’s a sourdough discard recipe!! I have been on a sourdough journey since 2021 and I’m so proud of all the things I make but this is definitely up in the top 5!!

Sourdough Discard Pizza Crust Recipe (bread machine)

Ingredients

•1 c. Sourdough

•3/4 c. Warm water

•1.5 tsp. Salt

•1.5 tsp. Sugar

•3 c. Flour

•2 tsp yeast

add all your ingredients in order and set your machine to the dough cycle.

**If you want to flavor your dough with garlic/garlic powder or Italian seasoning put it in after the yeast and set the dough cycle.

Once done sprinkle flour on your pizza tray and roll out your dough add your sauce and toppings.

Heat your oven to 375 and bake your pizza for 25 minutes. If you have more toppings add a few minutes to ensure it cooks all the way through. I usually add 5 minutes at a time and check the bottom after the timer goes off.

Serve and enjoy!! 🥰🍋
