✨Ingredients (Serves 4):

* 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream

* ¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar

*5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

*Optional: lemon zest, fresh berries, or shortbread for garnish

✨Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream and sugar.

2. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

3. Let it boil gently for 3 minutes. This step helps the dessert set properly.
