Seasonings for broth: salt, white pepper, black pepper, bay leaf, ginger, coriander seeds

Clean vegetables, add water to pot , put all the vegetables and seasoning to taste, little bit of olive oil. Slow cook for 40-45 min .

Dough: flour, eggs ( I used plant based) , little bit of salt.

Make hard dough with flour and eggs, leave it for 15-20 min . Roll out , cut into thin slices, boil for 4-5 min in hot water with little bit of salt. Rinse in cold water add tablespoons of olive oil.

Fry in olive oil smoked red bell pepper and plate everything nicely.
