We’re using wholesome ingredients like oats and often a good quality flour (sometimes I even swap in a whole wheat pastry flour for an extra fiber boost!). Fiber is essential for keeping things moving smoothly and feeding the beneficial bacteria in your gut. Both bananas and pumpkin puree are fantastic sources of fiber, and ripe bananas also contain prebiotics, which are like food for your good gut bacteria. The natural sweetness from the maple syrup means we're avoiding refined sugars that can sometimes upset digestion, making it a much gentler treat for your system.
