And yes, I'm frequently in my athletic wear – it's just practical for my lifestyle, whether I'm hitting the gym or chasing after my kids! I've learned to appreciate my body for what it can do, and feeling strong in my sports bra after a good session is a little victory in itself. It's all about finding what makes you feel good, both inside and out. Beyond the weights and meal prep, my life is surprisingly diverse! You know I mentioned being a gamer? Seriously, it's my perfect winding-down activity. There's nothing quite like exploring the world of Pokemon Violet or revisiting the magic of Kingdom Hearts. And playing Fortnite with my boys? Pure chaos and pure fun! Collecting Pokemon cards is another fun, nostalgic hobby that connects me to my childhood. It's amazing how much joy a well-preserved holographic card can bring! And then there's reading. My new Kindle has opened up a whole new world, but I still adore the feeling of a physical book in my hands. I’m always on the lookout for new recommendations, whether it's a gripping fantasy novel or something that expands my knowledge in health and wellness. After finishing HunterxHunter, I'm open to anime suggestions too! These moments of creative escape are just as important for my overall well-being as my physical activities. My philosophy is all about holistic wellness. It's not just about what you eat or how much you lift; it's about nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. That's why I love capturing the beauty of the sky, clouds, and sunsets on my phone – it’s a moment of peace and appreciation in a busy day.
